Shipping & Delivery Policy

Everything you need to know about how, when and where we ship your order.

1. Where we ship

Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. We ship to most countries worldwide. If we are unable to ship to your destination, we will contact you and arrange a full refund.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping is a flat $6.95 per order and is free on orders over $55. The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. All charges are in USD.

3. Order processing time

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

4. Estimated delivery times

  • United Kingdom: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • United States & Canada: 6–12 business days after dispatch.
  • Europe: 4–9 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of world: 8–16 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing and circumstances outside our control.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first tracking update to appear.

6. Duties, taxes & customs

For international orders, any import duties, taxes or customs charges set by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are determined by your local authorities.

7. Damaged, delayed or lost parcels

We pack orders carefully, and items containing glass are protected for transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or a parcel appears lost, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and put it right with a replacement or refund.

8. Address accuracy & failed delivery

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional postage may apply) or a refund of the product value.
